API Access Tokens are user-scoped tokens that grant users permission to access API endpoints. They gate the ability to deploy CKS Clusters, , and to manage and access cluster metrics. With CoreWeave’s Managed Auth method, API Access Tokens are generated through the Cloud Console and automatically embedded in scoped to the designated CKS Cluster. You can add additional Clusters to the Kubeconfig’s spec to let the same token grant access to multiple Clusters. Used this way, API Access Tokens ensure that only authorized entities can perform actions within the Cluster.
