Create and Manage Access Keys

To access Object Storage, users and workloads must authenticate their requests using Access Keys.

To create or manage Access Keys, you need an API Access Token with admin permissions.

For production workloads, using Workload Identity Federation to generate Access Keys is recommended. For less sensitive operations or for testing, Cloud Console tokens may be used.
