How do I set up a private cluster with VPN access?

Self-service CKS provisioning creates public clusters. CoreWeave Support configures private clusters. Once a private cluster exists, reach the API server and in-cluster Services through the Tailscale Operator for a mesh VPN, a Traefik ingress proxy with TLS passthrough, or Direct Connect for a dedicated cross-connect.
