A missing cluster quota for the target Availability Zone might cause terraform apply to fail with an error like this:
Example error
Cluster quota limits how many CoreWeave Kubernetes Service (CKS) clusters your organization can create in each zone. It’s separate from instance quota. CPU or GPU quota in a zone doesn’t mean your organization has cluster quota there. This error might indicate a quota rejection, even though the provider retries the request. Check whether cluster quota is the cause:
  1. Confirm that the zone value in your coreweave_cks_cluster configuration is the zone where you intend to deploy. The VPC and cluster must be in the same zone.
  2. View quotas and check the cluster quota for that zone.
  3. If cluster quota is missing, contact CoreWeave support to confirm your organization’s cluster quota for the target zone. Retries of the same request won’t resolve a missing quota.
If the zone is correct and cluster quota is available, contact support to investigate the error. Include the target zone and error message. Quotas & Rate Limits Server Errors
