June 8, 2026 - Tailscale VPN access for CKS clusters
CKS clusters now support private Kubernetes API server access through a CoreWeave-managed Tailscale proxy
CKS now supports private Kubernetes API server access through Tailscale VPN. When enabled, CKS creates a managed Tailscale proxy that joins your tailnet and forwards requests to your cluster’s Kubernetes API server, so you can access private clusters without exposing the API server to the public internet.
See Access a CKS cluster through Tailscale VPN for setup instructions.
