Bug fixes

1. Dataset availability and storage issues Fix (v1.16.0). Fixed a few bugs about dataset availability in notebook steps, and storage in the file manager.
2. Anomaly Detection Visualisation Fix (v1.16.0). Fixed an issue that made Anomaly Detection Visualisation step return an error when interacting with the heatmap.
