# Can I create custom dashboards and alerts?

Yes, but you must deploy [self-hosted Grafana](/observability/self-hosted-grafana) on your cluster and point it at the same CoreWeave data sources. Custom dashboards and alerts cannot be created in CoreWeave Managed Grafana, which is read-only and ships pre-built dashboards. Self-hosted Grafana supports the full set of dashboard customization, alerting, and team-management features.
