# Introduction to SAML and SSO

> Introduction to SAML and SSO authentication for CoreWeave Cloud using your existing identity provider

Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) and Single Sign-On (SSO) together form an authentication method for CoreWeave Cloud. Users in your organization authenticate through the same identity provider (IdP) they use for other organization applications. SSO enhances security and provides a smoother log-in experience for your team.

## Configure SSO

CoreWeave organization administrators configure SSO from the <Tooltip tip="CoreWeave Cloud Console is the official frontend console for CoreWeave, hosted at console.coreweave.com." cta="Learn more" href="/glossary#coreweave-cloud-console">Cloud Console</Tooltip>.
