startTurn(opts?: TurnInit): Turn

Call as tracing.startTurn() after importing tracing from @coreweave/forge-sdk/agentlens. Start a new Turn. If a Conversation is active, the turn inherits its conversationId; otherwise the turn has no conversation id.
