# Creating and deleting teams

> Only Monolith team members can create and delete teams; request changes through a support ticket.

Currently, only Monolith team members can create and delete teams. Please open a ticket to request this on your Monolith instance or contact your account manager or customer success engineer.

To create a new team, please provide the following information:

* Name of the new team.
* Which users should be included in the new team (list of email addresses), or alternatively
* at least one user who is made team admin in that team.

Team admins can add and remove users to/from a team.
