# Release Notes for v1.8

> Release notes for Monolith platform v1.8, released 13 February 2025.

This release includes bug fixes and performance improvements. Most notably:

* We had an intermitent issue of datasets in notebooks being marked as empty if another notebook was deleted
* The similarity threshold within Next Test Recommender was failing under edge case conditions
* Some columns weren't marked with correct data types under specific import conditions
