利用可能なランナーを、オプションでフィルターして一覧表示します。
**パラメーター**

* `auth` (`AuthConfig | None`): このリクエストの認証方式、解決済みヘッダー、またはプロバイダー。
* `runner_group_id` (`str | None`): このランナーグループに結果を制限します。
* `gpu_type` (`str | None`): この GPU タイプをサポートするランナーのみを返します。
* `architecture` (`str | None`): この CPU アーキテクチャーをサポートするランナーのみを返します。
* `healthy_only` (`bool`): 健全なランナーのみを返します。
* `include_resources` (`bool`): `True` の場合、ライブのリソース可用性を含めます。
* `min_available_cpu_millicores` (`int | None`): 未予約の CPU に対するクライアントサイドフィルター。
* `min_available_memory_bytes` (`int | None`): 未予約のメモリに対するクライアントサイドフィルター。
* `min_available_gpu_count` (`int | None`): 未予約の GPU に対するクライアントサイドフィルター。
* `service_visibility` (`str | None`): このタイプ付き可視性 (`public` / `private` / `custom`) を強制できるランナーを要求します。

**Returns**

* `list[Runner]`: フィルターに一致する `Runner` オブジェクトのリスト。

単一のランナーを `(organization_id, runner_id)` で取得します。

所有している場合、リソース可用性を含む完全な詳細を常に返します。
**パラメーター**

* `runner_id` (`str`): ランナー ID (単独ではグローバルに一意ではない) 。
* `organization_id` (`str`): ランナーを所有する組織。
* `auth` (`AuthConfig | None`): このリクエストの認証方式、解決されたヘッダー、またはプロバイダー。

**Returns**

* `Runner`: 完全な詳細を含む `Runner`。
