startLLM(opts: LLMInit): LLM

Appelez cette fonction sous la forme tracing.startLLM() après avoir importé tracing depuis @coreweave/forge-sdk/agentlens. Démarre un span LLM en tant qu’enfant du Turn en cours. Lève une exception si aucun Turn n’est actif.
