SUNK v6.2.0 released with Device Plugin chart integration, Slurm 24.11.4 upgrade, and enhanced configuration options

Update SUNK SUNK v6.2.0 has been released with enhanced device plugin integration, Slurm improvements, and better configuration options.

Overview

SUNK v6.2.0 introduces several key enhancements:

• Device Plugin chart integration: The Device Plugin chart is now included as a subchart for SUNK. This provides improved integration with NVIDIA GPU resources and enhanced monitoring capabilities.
• Slurm AllowGaps patch: This release incorporates a Slurm patch that enables AllowGaps functionality when using topology or block configurations. This change improves job scheduling flexibility and optimizes resource allocation.
• Slurm upgrade to v24.11.4: SUNK is upgraded to Slurm version 24.11.4, which brings improved performance, greater stability, and new features.
• Configurable operator log levels: The SUNK operator now supports configurable log levels. Administrators can set verbose logging to improve debugging and monitoring of cluster operations.
