SUNK v5.7.0 released with switch to direct RPCs instead of REST API

Update SUNK SUNK v5.7.0 has been released with a change to using direct RPCs to the Slurm controller instead of the REST API.

This release changes to using direct RPCs to the Slurm controller instead of the REST API. As such the REST API is now an optional component. If using the REST API for other integrations, be sure to make sure it is explicitly enabled as the default has changed.
