# July 8, 2026 - Login methods

> Limited availability: control how users authenticate to your CoreWeave organization

Organization administrators can now control which authentication methods users can use to sign in to the CoreWeave Cloud Console. This is a limited availability feature.

## Overview

Login methods let you configure authentication policy at two levels:

* **Organization defaults**: Enable or turn off each login method for all users in your organization. At least one method must remain enabled at all times.
* **Per-user overrides**: Customize access for individual users, enabling a method that is turned off by default or turning off a method that is enabled by default. Common uses include maintaining emergency administrator access and restricting sign-in options for guest users.

CoreWeave supports four login methods: email and password, Google, GitHub, and SAML SSO. Managing login methods requires the `IAM Admin` role.

To request access, [contact the CoreWeave Support team](/support).
